SUITE SERVICE ATTENDANT

Job Qualifications:          

                       

  • Must have at least 2 years work experience as Front Office or Guest Service Function and Basic background in Housekeeping in 5-Star Hotel, Integrated Resort or Cruise.
  • Last work experience should not be more than 2 years ago.
  • Can communicate well in English.
  • Preferably with valid travel documents - Passport and Seaman's book but not required during application process.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

 

Include but are not limited to:

                       
1.        To have full and comprehensive knowledge of the ship facilities and service
2.        To be continual source of help, assistance and information to all the guests
3.        To maintain high level of communication and feedback within the Rooms Division as well as other Departments
4.        Demonstrating that you are willing to perform any task in order to ensure guest satisfaction at all times
5.        To be fully understanding and knowledgeable of in-suite services, amenities, functions and systems using AIDA standards
6.        Ensure that Butler pantries are kept clean at all times and maintained according to the set standards
7.        Attend daily butler briefings
8.        Responsible for preparing guest suites according to guest preference and history
9.        Ensure that all procedures and responsibilities related to greeting and arrival procedures are adhered to
10.      Assist and coordinate guests needs and requirements
11.      Responsible for replenishing of in-suite amenities such as: private bar, fruit basket and various collateral
12.      Ensure that crockery, cutlery and glassware is always stocked and kept clean as per standard  
13.      Cleaning of suites and assist with Turndowns along with Suite Attendant
14.      Coordination of Dry Cleaning, Laundry, pressing, collection and delivery while applying standards of the company
15.      Provide packing and unpacking service
16.      Maintain guest wardrobe as per guests’ requests
17.      Provide shoe shine service
18.      Assist in booking reservation for restaurants, spa, shore excursions and private tours as required
19.      Report any suite maintenance requirements to the Executive Housekeeper Cabins
20.      Responsible for in-suite F&B Requirements such as: in-suite dining (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, afternoon English style tea time, canapé service and private parties applying AIDA standards
21.      In charge of mail delivery
22.      Support and assist Suite Attendants in all in-suite services to ensure he / she succeeds
23.      Adhere to departmental standards, specifications and work routines
24.      Responsible to record and update guest history files on daily basis-Guest preferences
