POSITION: ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Job Qualifications:
College Graduate with experience in customer Service and document processing.
Expected Competencies:
· To communicate and coordinate with the fleet on the completeness of status documents of the line-up seafarers prior releasing of documents
· Responsible for checking and preparation of all pertinent documents validity and requirements by the company/ flag/ visas/ government/ principal.
· Assists in insuring that the operational system if fully updated and all departing Seafarers are properly documented and certified in accordance to the latest STCW as Principal’s requirement prior dispatch
· Attend to the accountabilities (notice to transfer, withdrawals), preparation and arrangement 201 of the seafarers
Documentary Requirements:
• Certificate of employment
• Company ID & Latest Payslip (if currently employed)
• NBI Clearance
• Phil health MDR
• SSS (IC, E1 or E4)
• HDMF MDF
