Job Summary:

  • Responsible in adhering to the daily production schedule, under the direction of the Sous Chef / 1st Cook, and as required by the itinerary and various outlets.

 

Job Qualifications:                      

  • Must have at least 1 year work experience as Cook or Chef in Cruise ships, Hotels, Resorts or Fine Dining Restaurants;
  • Last work experience should not be more than 2 years ago;
  • Must have a Passport valid for at least 18 months from the date of application;
  • No visible body tattoo (arms, neck, legs, nape etc.).
