Job Qualifications:
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any Human Resource-related course;
• Must have at least 1-year work experience in the same position.
• Preferably with experience in the manning agency.
• Required: Crew manning operations, Flag Licenses arrangement, Crew Document Processing.
