 POSITION: REGIONAL COORDINATOR

Can established crew documentation for Marine/Shipping, Passenger/ Cruise and Manpower agencies for International land-based deployments;

Familiar with analytics, documentation reports and lead-generation tools;

Able to source qualified candidates and meet the regional recruitment target.

Job Qualifications:      

·        College graduate with at least 1-3 years of end-to-end Recruitment to documentation process. Proven work experience as an HR recruiter. with Background with Maritime/ Shipping/ Manning Agencies is an advantage.

 Documentary Requirements:

•        Certificate of employment

•        Company ID & Latest Payslip (if currently employed)

•        NBI Clearance 

•        Phil health MDR

•        SSS (IC, E1 or E4)

•        HDMF MDF
