SOURCING SPECIALIST / RECUITMENT OFFICER

• PROJECT-BASED 

Job Qualifications:

·         Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course;

·         Must have at least 1 year related work experience as SOURCING SPECIALIST / RECRUITMENT OFFICER.

·         Preferably with experience in manning agency.

·         Lead by Example, Effective Communicator, Adaptability, Flexible, Attention to detail, Highly Motivated & Can Adapt Easily in a Fast Paced Environment.

·         CAN START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Job Summary:

·     Conducts Profiling of applications received in the Magsaysay careers portal. Participates in various sourcing activities such as job fairs, site sourcing, career talks in various universities, networking with in turn fulfill various industries, professional organizations/ agencies and other sourcing campaigns to strengthen recruitment network client’s manpower needs.

Terms of Employment:

• PROJECT-BASED

Documentary Requirements:  

•     Certificate of employment

•     Company ID & Latest Payslip (if currently employed)

•     NBI Clearance

•     Phil health MDR

•     SSS (IC, E1 or E4)

•     HDMF MDF
