JOB SUMMARY:

• Train, mentor, coach and instill discipline in cadets to help them achieve their developmental objectives in character, leadership, professional skills and physical fitness, formulate, manage and implement training programs for the cadets and prepare athletes for competitions outside MMMA.
• Teach in Leadership class. Stand duty as Officer of the day.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably residing in Cavite
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree related to Maritime Degree with sports-related background is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in leadership roles
•  Minimum 3 years’ experience in training athletes

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

•        Certificate of employment

•        Company ID & Latest Payslip (if currently employed)

•        NBI Clearance 

•        Phil health MDR

•        SSS (IC, E1 or E4)

•        HDMF MDF
