JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•The applicants main focus should be on creating a pipeline for MARINE PRINCIPALS

•Reporting will be minimal.

•They will be required to recruit and interview.

•Full document processing is essential.

•Advantage: If the applicant comes with a pool of seafarers or contacts, especially from gas.

•Mentor and manage a dedicated recruiter for our client needs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably residing in NCR- MANILA
• College degree holder; has worked as a Recruitment Officer for at least 3-5 years on a ship manning agency
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable on Data Privacy Act
• Good interpersonal skills with vast network connection
• Recruits suitable candidates based on manpower request, conducts applicants profiling. Admin job such as but not limited to accomplishing all principal required forms from endorsement to acceptance.

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

•        Certificate of employment

•        Company ID & Latest Payslip (if currently employed)

•        NBI Clearance 

•        Phil health MDR

•        SSS (IC, E1 or E4)

•        HDMF MDF
