JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Acquire operational data generated from the processing of candidate leads.

·        Provide necessary data and operational insights to immediate supervisor to use for planning candidate sourcing activities

·       Interpret data to find patterns or trends that will serve as a basis to tactical and strategic plans / programs, address daily operational issues and concerns, and support process improvement projects.

·       Build dashboards and similar reports to give decision makers access to important data by removing technical barriers and empower them to make important business decisions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably from NCR – MANILA
• Must have an academic background in Statistics, Math, Economics or Data Science
• With at least 3 years work experience in Data Analytic
