JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management, Management, or any related field;
• Preferably from a Manpower agency company
• With at least 1 year of work-related experience in sourcing, interviewing & background checking
• Must be able to work SMART, flexible, and approachable
• Good communication skills & organizational skills

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate of employment
• Company ID & Latest Payslip (if currently employed)
• NBI Clearance 
• Phil health MDR
• SSS (IC, E1 or E4)
• HDMF MDF
